Resident chef Melissa Cusano of Delicious Dishes Recipes is pairing both
the 2009 Petite Sirah, and the 2009 Zinfandel with a savory pulled pork sandwich
a honey roasted butternut squash bruschetta! Yum! Saturday’s
release will offer a full day of enjoying Three
Wines! In addition to Saturday’s release we will also showcase a new 2010 Contra Costa County Zinfandel “Red
Label.” This is an optional wine for you to purchase. A delicious
“adolescent vine” that is full of rich berry flavors, and leaves a velvety creamy
finish on the palate! We think once you taste it you will want a bottle to head
home with you!
