Three Wine Company makes no representations about your legal rights to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You as a buyer are solely responsible for ship¬ment of your wine. You have 30 days to notify us of non-receipt. By plac¬ing an order, you not only authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order, but also represent that (a) you have satisfied your state’s requirements for purchasing wine directly from us and importing it to yourself and (b) you are at least 21 years old. Wines may be sold only to persons at least 21 years old; be prepared to show identification to prove that you are at least 21 years old when your wine is delivered.
If wine is shipped and returned for refusal or non-delivery, there will be an additional handling cost that will be charged to the customer’s credit card. If customer does not pick up wine within 60 days of notification Three Wine Company may ship it to the customer and charge their card for shipping costs.
Sales Tax
Three Wine Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Miscellaneous
